WunderNode is operated by Altitude Software Labs Ltd. (“WunderNode”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, apps and services (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

Information you give us. This includes your name and email address when you create an account, sign in, buy something or ask us to send you something; the photos, videos, text and other material you upload or type into the Service (“Your Content”); and anything you send us when you contact us.

Information about purchases. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive details such as your email address, country, what you bought and whether the payment succeeded. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Service we collect information such as the pages and screens you view, the actions you take, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, for keeping you signed in, and for remembering your progress.

Results you create. We store the images, videos and other results the Service generates for you (“Outputs”) so that we can deliver them and you can come back to them.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide the Service, including generating Outputs from Your Content and delivering them to you by email;
• process payments, manage credits and prevent fraud;
• send you service messages, such as receipts, the status of your results, and reminders about something you started but didn’t finish;
• respond to your questions and requests;
• keep the Service secure and working properly;
• understand how the Service is used so that we can improve it;
• tell you about new templates, features and offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any such email or by writing to us. Where the law requires your consent first, we ask for it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do so. These include:

• AI model providers, which receive Your Content and instructions in order to generate your Outputs;
• hosting, storage and infrastructure providers;
• our payment provider;
• email, analytics, error-monitoring and customer-support providers.

These providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, WunderNode or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

Sharing links to your results

Outputs are stored at web addresses that are hard to guess. Anyone who has the link to a result, including a link you share, can view it. Please keep that in mind before sharing results that include people or anything private.

Photos of people

Many of our templates work with photos of people. We use those photos only to create the results you ask for and to run the Service. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide the Service. After that, we delete it or keep it only as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your data or your account at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete your data or close your account;
• unsubscribe from marketing emails;
• withdraw any consent you’ve given us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make any request, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or tell us which address to look for. We may need to confirm it’s you before acting on a request.

Where information is processed

WunderNode is based in British Columbia, Canada. We and our service providers process information in Canada, the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from where you live. When we transfer information, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will let you know through the Service or by email.
