Terms of Service

Effective date: September 23, 2026

WunderNode is operated by Altitude Software Labs Ltd. (“WunderNode”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Altitude Software Labs Ltd., and they govern your use of our website, apps and services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Questions? Write to [email protected].

Who can use WunderNode

You must be at least 16 to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to make purchases. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. If you buy something without creating an account first, we create one for you, linked to the email address you used, so that your purchase and results are kept together. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.

The Service

WunderNode provides AI tools and templates for creating images, videos and other media. We’re constantly improving the Service, so we may add, change or remove features, templates and models at any time. AI results can be unexpected, inaccurate or different from what you had in mind; please review them before you use them.

Credits, payments and refunds

• Prices are shown before you pay. Some purchases are paid in credits, which are used up when you generate results.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are for use on WunderNode only.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a generation fails on our side, we return the credits it used to your account. Credits returned this way can be used for another run.
• Otherwise, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you are, as shown at checkout.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text and other material you upload (“Your Content”).

To run the Service, you give us permission to store, process, copy and transmit Your Content, including sending it to the AI providers that generate your results, and to show it back to you and anyone you share it with. This permission lasts as long as Your Content is on the Service, and afterwards only as needed to meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from every person who appears in it. Don’t upload photos of other people without their consent.

Your results

Subject to these terms and the terms of the AI providers involved, you may use the results you create with the Service (“Outputs”) for personal or commercial purposes. Because of how AI works, other users may create similar results, and we can’t promise that an Output is unique or free of third-party rights. You’re responsible for how you use your Outputs.

Anyone who has the link to an Output can view it, so think before you share one.

Templates

Our templates, sample images and other materials belong to WunderNode or the creators we work with. You can use them within the Service to create your own results, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

What you may not do

When using the Service, don’t:

• break the law or help anyone else do so;
• create or share sexual content involving minors, sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent, or content that harasses, threatens, defames or exploits others;
• use someone’s likeness to deceive people, impersonate them or pretend they said or did something they didn’t;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• upload malware, try to break into or disrupt the Service, or scrape it without our permission;
• get around credits, payments, limits or safety measures;
• resell access to the Service without our written agreement.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers and our payment provider. Their services are covered by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.

Ending your use

You can stop using WunderNode at any time. To close your account or delete your data, email [email protected]. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about the Service or Outputs, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WunderNode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If your use of the Service or Your Content leads to a claim against WunderNode, you agree to cover the costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we’ll let you know through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
